With over 25 years in Learning & Development, I’ve worked as a trainer, consultant, and recruiter across the UK and Europe — particularly in the financial services, media, and automotive sectors.
My consultancy work in regulatory training, sales capability, and quality assurance has given me deep insight into the challenges L&D and sales teams face in regulated and fast-paced environments.
Throughout my career, I’ve actively recruited for clients, advised on hiring strategies, and successfully coached senior executives through interview processes.
